Halotherapy derived from the Greek word halos, meaning salt is the controlled inhalation of pure sodium chloride (NaCl) particles in a wellness setting. The modality is designed to mimic the microclimate of natural salt caves and has historically been explored as a complementary therapy for respiratory support.

At Perspire Sauna Studio, Halotherapy treatment is administered through Clearlight’s HALO ONE® technology, a compact halogenerator placed directly inside the studio’s infrared saunas. What Is Halotherapy?
